Real estate professionals work closely with those who are buying or selling property to help them connect with the right seller or buyer. Real estate professionals in New Jersey often work closely with real estate loan providers and other consultants in the industry to help individuals, families, and businesses to purchase or sell homes or other properties throughout the state. Some real estate professionals may provide additional services, such as consulting, property management, or coordination of professional services.

How many people are in the industry?

In the US, there are 421,300 jobs available in the real estate industry, and the field is expected to grow by 3% over the next ten years! This means that there will be even more demand for skilled real estate professionals to enter this work force.

How can Real Estate professionals market effectively?

Real estate marketing in New Jersey is a big task. You probably already know how to get your properties listed on the popular real estate listings, but everyone does that! To set yourself apart from the competition, you need to create a personal, trusted brand that you can promote throughout your community. Official Realtors must adhere to the Realtors code of conduct. Further, all real estate professionals must adhere to the local, state, and federal laws regarding marketing, anti-discrimination efforts, and fair business practices.
